Sand Rosewood Fleur-de-lis 3D CNC Files

General Information:

These 3D Files were constructed from our Sand Rosewood Nylon Electric Plans and 2D CNC files with modifications to the Top Plate, Top Braces and Fretboard, that we have in the plan section of our site. You will find that these files will provide a top level of convenience to customers who possess a CNC router, or access to CNC routing services.

We offer our Sand Rosewood Fleur-de-lis Guitar Files either as a complete set or individual pieces (4) pieces total. if you don’t need the entire guitar. For instance if you only want the Neck, you can purchase the files to mill the neck. Note: That the Back Plate and Neck files are identical to the Rosewood Files, do if you already purchased these, just purchase the Top + Braces and Fretboard Fleur-de-lis files to make a complete guitar.

Note that all hardware including tuners, frets, purfling, bindings, electronics, and screws, are not a part of these files and are shown for illustration purposes.

All these 3D CNC files are formatted in STEP format (Standard for the Exchange of Product Data). Most 3D CNC controller software should handle this popular formatting. We are now including STL (Stereolithography) files with all file sets.

The available files are detailed below:

Sand Rosewood Fleur-de-lis Top with Braces:

The top plate is contoured to the proper shape with sound control slots. Complete top brace set is provided including scalloping and rounding contours. Note: Top does not include any geometry for bindings, purfling or soundhole trim. All components in the file are separate objects for easy manipulation.

Sand Rosewood Fleur-de-lis Neck Set:

This file will give you a smooth 3D file of the neck contour, heel contour, mortise and tenon joint attachment to the body, complete peg head contour, tuner holes and peghead slots. Also included is the headpiece trim.

Sand Rosewood Fleur-de-lis Fretboard:

This file will contain the proper fretboard outline perimeter fretboard recesses for the MOP Inlays and fret slots for the proper scale. (.023"; .58mm wide). Fret tops and tangs are included only for clarity as separate layers.

Sand Rosewood Fleur-de-lis Back Plate & Electronic Port Covers:

This file includes several. The guitar back plate with all electronic port cutouts etc. Also the port covers are included as separate objects. Back braces are included with back reinforcement. Braces are contoured for the proper back arch.
