Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway 3D CNC Files

General Information:

These 3D Files were constructed from our popular Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway files and 2D CNC files that we have in the plan section of our site. You will find that these files will provide a top level of convenience to customers who possess a CNC router, or access to CNC routing services.

The Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway files feature (5) different files that break the guitar down into convenient pieces and if you only wish to purchase a body or neck or any other portion listed here, you will be able to do that. Or, you can purchase the entire group of files for a reduced price.

The available files are detailed below:

Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Body:

This file gives all the 3D information you will need to set up your tool paths for routing the outline of the body, pickup cavities, tneck recess, electronics recesses, wiring channels, and the body edge radius on the back of the guitar.

Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Top Plate:

This file consists of (2) separate files. The first file is the arched top plate blank which will allow you to precisely route the top arch without having to deal with any of the cutouts of the pickups, pot holes etc. Also this file is an oversized top without the cutaway.

The second file included the body shape, including the cutaway, pickup holes, pot holes and the neck channel for the neck tenon.

 

Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Neck:

This file will give you a smooth 3D file of the neck contour, heel contour, complete peg head contour in the Les Paul Standard tradition, tuner holes and tuner bushing holes, truss rod channel and truss rod adjustment nut access in the head.

Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Fretboard:

This file will contain the proper fretboard outline perimeter, fretboard radius (12") Les Paul Standard fretboard decoration, MOP cutouts for the fretboard, and fret slots for the proper scale. (.023"; .58mm wide). Also, included with this file are the nut and headpiece overlay plate, with bushing holes and truss rod adjustment nut cutouts.

Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Pickguard & Back Electronics Cover:

his file contains the Pickguard outline and the electronics cover plate on the back of the guitar.

Les Paul Standard Double Cutaway Complete:

This option will give you all the above files in one package for a reduced price.
